StoRM WebDAV rpm doesn't set the proper ownership on /var/log/storm

      this is not enough to set ownership also on /var/log/storm, then installing only storm-webdav on node, the service doesn't start because of:

      Nov 05 12:49:09 pool09.ifca.es systemd[1]: Started StoRM WebDAV service.
Nov 05 12:49:09 pool09.ifca.es bash[16697]: /bin/bash: /var/log/storm/webdav/storm-webdav-server.out: Permission denied

      StoRM Puppet module doesn't manage log directory. Fixing module could be a fix waiting for next release.
