The path could be hard-coded and removed from the JVM options inside sys-config file and added directly to the arguments of ExecStart inside storm-webdav's SystemD unit.

In alternative:

• Add a sys-config environment variable STORM_WEBDAV_JVM_TMPDIR

• Add the environment variable STORM_WEBDAV_JVM_TMPDIR to the arguments of ExecStart inside storm-webdav's SystemD unit

• Allow both JVM options and the tmpDir to be configured through the puppet module
