list-supended-users shows only one suspended certificate

      VOMS: voms-admin list-suspended-users only shows one suspended certificate

      Detailed Description:

      Dear VOMS developers,
      the command

      voms-admin ... list-suspended-users

      only shows the first suspended certificate even if a second one is present and suspended.

      This makes it difficult to sync a backup VOMS server.
