      The day the AUP or membership is going to expire VOMS Admin shows "AUP expires in 0 days", since the granularity of the message is in days.

      When the expiration time is closer than 24 hours, VOMS admin should show instead something like:

      "AUP expires in 6 hours and 22 minutes"
