From GGUS ticket:

the page for adding a certifcate to the user is very confusing, we get several users who use it w/o reason and/or enter wrong information.
1. Indicate as first option the uploading of the PEM file
(only experts can understand what DN/CA/Subject are and fill fields by copy/paste)

2. Do not call the same thing DN first and Subject later, pick one. Better add a small explanation

3. CA field defaults to the first CA in the alphabetical list, currently the Armenian CA. THe default should instead be "None" and users should be force to make a sensible pick.
