VOMS Admin pending request page should provide easy access to requestor email address

      From GGUS ticket:

      Dear VOMS-Admin developers:
      in VOMSadmin web page the requests to be approved are listed like in the attached screenshot

      Pleae add a link to user's mail, so to make it easy to ask for informations.
      Now there is not even a link to the user detailed info page
