VOMS Admin should only request the user the enter his email address to search CERN OrgDB information

      Currently the VOMS Admin registration page requests that a user inserts his name, surname and email address.

      The registration page should only require the user to enter the email address linked to her CERN OrgDB membership, and do a search on the OrgDB based on that field only.
