EMI 3 voms-proxy-info breaks compatibility introducing a new format for the -timeleft and -actimeleft fields.

In the EMI-2 release, the time left before the ac expired was expressed in seconds

$ voms-proxy-info -actimeleft
43186

while in EMI-3 it is in HH:MM:SS

$voms-proxy-info -actimeleft
11:59:02

The old format should be restored as this is reported to break bash scripts.
