Missing glite-info-provider-service dependency

      If glite-info-provider-service package is not installed, yaim-storm and info-provider's configuration don't fail but we can see from the BDII's log that the two services glite-info-service and glite-info-glue2-simple can't be found. The consequence is that a part of the information published is not created.
