GPFS 3.5 introduces an optimization that allows to store file content
directly in the i-node for small files. This confuses the StoRM logic
that relies on the number of blocks occupied by a file being always greater
than the reported file size to detect "stub" files, i.e. phantom files on disk
that have been migrated to tape.
