YAIM StoRM does not provide a way to configure the XML-RPC service port

      YAIM should provide a single variable to configure the XML-RPC backend service port.
      Currently it provides two to configure access from the client services, i.e. Frontend & GridHttps server,
      but the XMLRPC service port on the service must be configured manually in the storm.properties file.
      All the three services should use the same variable.
