functions/config_storm_namespace generates the `<prot name="root">` with commented port. This generates root TURL without port. Puppet module allows port configuration and add port to the namespace.xml generating a TURL with port.

To align storm test suite tests to a unique namespace.xml version, fix YAIM storm by uncommenting root port.
