Make YAIM able to configure storm-webdav organizations

      We need to configure `orgs` property of a Storage Area through YAIM.

      We could add a YAIM variable specific for a storage area SA as follow:

      STORM_${SA}_ORGS

      By default the value is empty/not-initialized that means an empty Set as result.
