 Description   

Taking inspiration from the following configuration:

Migrate all builds to the new Jenkins configuration model.
Basically there's one template image now (ci-template) that all config should inherit from.

Old pod template definitions have been removed, so we will see many failures coming.
Many configuration have already been migrated to the new model.
